Our journey began as an earnest endeavor to preserve the traditions that defined our celebrations, particularly during Christmas time. Our homes were filled with the rich aroma of black fruit cake and the clinking of glasses filled with local wine, each family boasting its own prized recipe, fostering friendly competitions about who could create the most exquisite wine.
